The Ghost in the Shell franchise itself has a long history since it began serialization in 1989 in Young Magazine Kaizokuban. Its name became globally renowned after the 1995 film by Mamoru Oshii was released, and it further expanded through various TV anime adaptations, OVAs, and even a Hollywood live-action film. It's no wonder the series is now recognized as one of the most influential cyberpunk works in the world.

In the newly released third visual, Motoko Kusanagi prominently appears in the center of the image alongside members of Public Security Section 9, including Batou, Togusa, Ishikawa, Saito, Boma, and Paz. Additionally, the AI-powered think tank Fuchikoma is also present, reinforcing the series' signature futuristic atmosphere. The visual was drawn directly by the chief animation director, Nao Naito.

The third PV also showcases the latest animation snippets, emphasizing the story's intensity in this series. Alongside action scenes featuring Public Security Section 9, the video highlights a mysterious conflict involving the legendary hacker, Puppet Master. The inclusion of this element further strengthens the tense and intrigue-filled atmosphere synonymous with Ghost in the Shell.

Furthermore, the production team announced additional staff members. Emi Katanosaka has been appointed as art director, Osamu Masuyama as art supervisor, Satoshi Hashimoto as color designer, Hikari Ito as director of photography, Kiyoshi Hirose as editor, Yuji Tange as sound director, Shota Yaso as sound effects director, and Hiroaki Ota as recording engineer.
