Aniplex announced on August 2 that they have taken over all outstanding shares of EGG FIRM, making the production company a wholly owned subsidiary. This move is positioned as a strategy to deepen collaboration between the two entities and drive the development of future anime works.
Notification Regarding the Merger of Aniplex Subsidiaries: On this occasion, PT EGG FIRM has officially become a wholly owned subsidiary of PT Aniplex. Our business activities remain unchanged from before. Through the collaboration of the two companies, we will maximize the use of group management resources and are determined to contribute more significantly to the development of the animation industry.
