Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle Movie Trilogy Set to Release in 2025
Thunder Stage CCXP 2024, Crunchyroll has just released a teaser trailer and new visuals for the upcoming Demon Slayer movie: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle.
This is the first film in the planned trilogy, and it will be exclusively released in theaters worldwide in 2025. The trailer has also been released.
These films will be distributed by Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment worldwide, including Japan (except for certain Asian markets). However, the release date in theaters has not been announced.
Aniplex also announced that the previous director, Haruo Sotozaki, and character designer along with main animation director, Akira Matsushima, will return to work on this film trilogy at ufotable.
The Japanese voice actors, Takahiro Sakurai (Giyu Tomioka) and Kengo Kawanishi (Muichiro Tokito), as well as Brazilian voice actor, Daniel Figueira (Tanjiro Kamado), were also present to give attendees at CCXP a sneak peek at these new films.
The latest Hashira Training Arc of this anime series first aired on May 12, 2024, and ended with the eighth episode on June 30, 2024. The Infinity Castle film trilogy was announced shortly after the final season concluded.
