DRAGON BALL AGE 1000: New Game Project with Original Characters by Akira Toriyama
Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. officially announced the latest DRAGON BALL game project titled “AGE 1000”. This announcement was made during the Dragon Ball Genki-Dama Festival held on January 25, 2026, and immediately became a highlight for fans worldwide.
The game is scheduled for release in 2027 and will introduce a new world within the DRAGON BALL universe, complete with original characters designed directly by Akira Toriyama.
A New DRAGON BALL World Begins with “AGE 1000”
The DRAGON BALL AGE 1000 project is depicted as the dawn of a new era. Bandai Namco confirmed that this game will feature a completely new world setting, as well as a lineup of original characters that have never appeared before in the DRAGON BALL franchise.
