Elden Ring Nightreign Change Difficulty Level Before Release!
The release date of Elden Ring Nightreign is approaching, and From Software has made some changes to its difficulty level.

It turns out that the Network Test they conducted last February provided a lot of valuable feedback, including about the difficulty level. According to Junya Ishizaki, the Game Director, the development team received important feedback regarding the difficulty of this game, and they ultimately made changes to ensure the game remains challenging yet completable.
This makes sense, since Nightreign is not like Elden Ring which is free from time limits. This latest game from From Software will have players racing against time to collect various gear and items during the day, so they can fight bosses at night and also on the final day. Therefore, if the game is made as difficult as Elden Ring, only a few players might be able to complete it.
Besides the difficulty level, Ishizaki also mentioned that the team has improved how information is presented in the game. In previous tests, many players complained that some elements on the map were hard to understand. In fact, some said they didn't know what to do and how to use character skills. Thus, through this change, information will be conveyed more clearly while playing.
In an interview on Playstation.blog, Ishizaki also acknowledged that players during the test session felt bored with repetitive strategies when facing the same enemies, and it felt tedious. Therefore, the development team has altered this aspect so that players must continuously change strategies, as bosses will evolve and their weaknesses will change.
This element will definitely enhance the roguelike feel in Elden Ring Nightreign. Because, later you will need to check various information about enemies before starting each run.
If you're curious about these changes upon release, you won't have to wait long, as the game will be released on May 30, 2025!
