Epic Games has started testing an AI-powered chatbot in Fortnite’s Player Support service — a small but strategic step to speed up responses to support inquiries. In a post on X (the Fortnite Status account), Epic announced that this feature will be launched as a trial for a small portion of users first.
Fortnite has added an AI chatbot on the English-language Player Support page. This chatbot is designed to provide faster answers to common questions and issues frequently encountered by players. In the initial phase, the feature is being tested on about 1% of visitors to the English support site, with plans to expand access to more users if the trial goes well.
