Hollow Knight: Silksong Officially Releases September 4 After 7 Years of Development
The long-awaited news for fans has finally arrived: Hollow Knight: Silksong is announced to release on September 4 after a development process that took about seven years.

Silksong is the sequel to Hollow Knight, an indie title that received widespread acclaim and became one of the best-selling games in 2017. First announced in 2019, the project went through a long silent period, causing many fans to feel anxious and curious. Now, Team Cherry has finally broken the silence with a release date and gameplay footage showing many new things.
What’s New in Silksong?
Unlike the first game, in Silksong players will take on the role of Hornet, a character who previously appeared in the series. Some exciting features promised by this game:
