Konami Wants a New Silent Hill Game Every Year
Konami has long aspired to make this horror franchise an "almost annual" release, meaning the company aims to launch a new game every year.

Through the X account, AestheticGamer, an insider known for reliable information in the horror game industry and also known as Dusk Golem, responded to a post questioning the release schedule of the Silent Hill series.
In the post, the user mentioned that Silent Hill seems to follow an annual release pattern, and asked if this was indeed part of Konami's plan moving forward.
Responding to the question, Dusk Golem stated that from the beginning, Konami's plan has "always" been to release Silent Hill "almost every year" since the series was revived.
He added that Konami had set this strategy early on, aiming to release one new game each year as an effort to revive and sustain the franchise's existence in the long term.
