Caleb is the fifth love character in Love And Deepspace. His return is full of mystery and intrigue, but one thing is certain: Caleb is back and will continue to be present.

Caleb has become an important part of MC's life and is always by their side, both in happy and difficult times. Who is Caleb?

Caleb is MC's childhood friend. Fourteen years ago, after the Chronorift Disaster in 2034, Caleb and MC became orphans due to something still mysterious. At that time, their 'Grandma', Josephine, who looked after both of them.

At that time, MC was about seven or eight years old when 'Grandma' Josephine took them in. Meanwhile, Caleb is a few years older than MC and is 25 years old when he appears in the main story.

Caleb is the second tallest among the main characters, standing six feet two inches tall (about 188 cm). He has dark brown hair and light purple eyes.

Main Story

Caleb first appears in the main story in 'Family,' Episode One Chapter Four, when he contacts MC and says that he will be coming home. He surprises everyone by arriving a day early for a family dinner with his grandmother.

However, when MC's hunter watch beeps on the dining table, reminding him of the possible presence of Wanderer activity nearby, he immediately rushes out. Feeling something is off, Caleb follows him.

After they return home, Caleb goes inside while MC waits outside. Suddenly, an explosion destroys the house as Caleb enters, leaving only the apple necklace that MC gave to Caleb and a pile of smoking debris.

After the explosion, Caleb and Grandma are presumed dead, and MC vows to find the criminals behind the attack to seek revenge.

Work Life

Although not much is known about Caleb's job, he is a fighter jet pilot in the Space Aviation Administration. Caleb is quite secretive about his work life, but he did mention to MC that he had completed a mission in the mysterious Deepspace Tunnel.

All other details about his job are considered classified information that he cannot share with the public.

In promotional material for Caleb's official release as a main character, it is mentioned that he was once a Colonel in the Space Aviation Administration. However, it is unclear whether this took place before or after the explosion.

Promotional material for his release suggests that he has kind-hearted traits but is also possessive, leading some to speculate that Caleb might be the first yandere character in this game.

From the official content that has been released, Caleb seems to have a relaxed relationship with MC, which may have developed since their childhood.

MC has mentioned that he loves Caleb's cooking, leading Grandma to say she would make food for MC every day when he returns. But despite being a great cook, Caleb doesn't like cilantro.

Not much is known about Caleb's tastes and hobbies, but he seems to be a fan of apples and foods that have apple flavors, like apple syrup and soda. Apples are a major motif for Caleb in the game and appear in many of his memories.
