myBCA Esports Academy: BCA's support for the advancement of Indonesian e-sports
myBCA Esports Academy is an initiative resulting from collaboration between BCA and Alter Ego Esports, designed as a platform for scouting and developing Indonesian esports athletes.
More than just a tournament, this program offers a comprehensive pathway for young Indonesian talents, open to everyone, with no registration fee, and not only for teams—individual players can also join.
Open and free to the public, must have a BCA account + myBCA account, registration is done individually on the official site aeesportacademy.co.id, participants can come from communities, amateurs—even without a team! teams will be formed based on each individual’s performance.
What myBCA Esports Academy Prepares
Intensive Coaching Clinic: Guided directly by professional coaches from Alter Ego. Complete material: game techniques, attitude, public speaking, mental management.
Competition in 9 Phases: The program is divided into 9 phases, each lasting around 5 weeks, with the following structure, Weekly Tournament: single elimination format.**, Online Monthly Tournament: each region, total prize pool IDR 10 million. Region Tournament: IDR 50 million, plus ticket to the Final. Final Phase – Road to MDL: Prize IDR 250 million, the champion will be recruited to ALTEREGO X MDL 2026.
