NieR:Automata Turns 9! Live Stream Celebration on February 20th
Square Enix announced today (January 9, 2026) that they'll be hosting a live stream to celebrate the 9th anniversary of the action RPG NieR:Automata on February 20th at 7:30 PM JST.
Titled “NieR:Automata 9th Anniversary: A Chill Celebration Live Stream,” the program will feature a laid-back chat with series producer Yosuke Saito, creative director Yoko Taro, composer Keiichi Okabe, and senior game designer Takahisa Taura.
NieR:Automata, which launched on February 23, 2017, for PC and PS4, is now nine years old. The roughly two-hour stream is open for audience participation—check the official release for details if you wanna join!
