VTuber Project "Vlash" Under Brave Group Disbands
ENILIS Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Brave Group—operator of multiple VTuber groups—announced that its VTuber project "Vlash" will dissolve on January 13, 2026.
All nine members will continue their activities by transferring to other Brave Group-affiliated companies.
The project’s official website, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube channels will be shut down after a certain period.
Reason for Disbandment
The “Vlash” management team stated: “Given recent changes in the operating environment, we’ve decided to advance to the next stage beyond the project’s framework, respecting each member’s individuality.” They apologized for the sudden announcement while expressing gratitude for past support.
“Vlash”: A 2.5D Project Bridging Virtual and Real Worlds
Launched in 2023, “Vlash” was a 2.5D VTuber project active in both virtual and real-world spaces. Its nine members will now shift to other ventures:
- Five members (Shukuri Kagami, Choko Hoshimiya, Yona Kyūi, Mira Hinata, dan Yui Shutsu) signed with RIONECTION (managed by RIOT MUSIC Co., Ltd.).
- Three members (Tina Tsukimiya, Mera Torishima, dan Miru Akiyama) joined ProForma Nova (managed by jig.jp Co., Ltd.).
- Neko Kamiya signed an agent contract with ENILIS Co., Ltd.
Merchandise and Secondary Creation Guidelines
- Permanent merchandise will be sold until January 31, 2026.
- Pre-orders for Yui Shutsu’s birthday merchandise will close on January 21, 2026, as previously announced.
- All merchandise will ship by March 2026, after which the online store will close.
- Secondary creation permissions for “Vlash” will expire with the disbandment announcement.
“Palette Project” Also Transferred to jig.jp
ENILIS Co., Ltd. operates other projects, including “Yunireido!” (fantasy × VTuber), “ENILIS VLiver Project” (via IRIAM app), and “Palette Project” (virtual idol group).
On January 13, 2026, “Palette Project” will transfer to jig.jp Co., Ltd., shifting to a joint management structure. jig.jp operates the streaming app “Fuwatch” and partnered with Brave Group in November 2025.
