All Announcements from the July 2025 Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase
The July 2025 edition of the Nintendo Direct: Partner Showcase event has officially taken place, presenting an exciting lineup of new games from third-party publishers for the Nintendo Switch and Switch 2.

Although it did not bring many announcements from Nintendo itself, this showcase still grabbed attention with various big titles and exciting surprises. Here is a complete summary of everything announced:
Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection Announced for 2026
The opening game of this event tells the story of two kingdoms threatened by mysterious natural disasters and old conflicts. Players will control the last remaining Rathalos Rider in an epic adventure full of mystery. A global release is planned for 2026.
Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment Shows Direct Connection to Tears of the Kingdom
The latest gameplay trailer shows how Age of Imprisonment will become part of the official story connected to Tears of the Kingdom. Characters like Princess Zelda and King Rauru will appear. Although there is no exact release date yet, the game is scheduled for winter 2025.
Octopath Traveler 0 Presents an Immersive HD-2D Prequel
As the newest entry in the Octopath Traveler series, this game offers character customization, turn-based combat system, and city-building features. It will release on December 4, 2025, for Switch and Switch 2.
The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales – New Action RPG from Square Enix
This HD-2D style RPG combines action and exploration in a mysterious new world. Players will explore ruins alongside the main character Elliot and his companion fairy Faie. The game will release on Switch 2 in 2026.
Final Fantasy Tactics – The Ivalice Chronicles Releases September 30
The remaster of this classic tactical game now features full voice acting, enhanced visuals, and various gameplay improvements.
EA Sports FC 26 Comes to Switch 1 & 2 on September 26
With new systems like Archetype and Manager Live challenges, this soccer game returns with a more realistic and responsive experience.
Madden NFL 26 Returns to Nintendo, Releases August 14
For the first time in a long while, Madden returns to Switch. This version is touted as the “most realistic Madden” for the Nintendo platform.
Persona 3 Reload Launches on Switch 2 on October 23
