The latest news comes from the popular franchise Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. The film Infinity Castle Arc Part 1: Akaza Returns is confirmed to soon receive a physical release in Blu-ray and DVD format in Japan on July 29, 2026. Meanwhile, the pre-order period will begin on April 18.
This release comes in a limited edition aimed at collectors and dedicated fans. One of its main attractions is an exclusive storage box with new illustrations by Akira Matsushima, known as the character designer and chief animation director of the series.
The illustration visual features two important characters, Tanjiro Kamado and Giyu Tomioka, in special artwork created exclusively for this release. Furthermore, the limited edition package also includes a premium three-sided casing, a digipak with original illustrations, and a bonus CD containing the film's musical score in stereo mix format.
